About The Position

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant for Prestonwood Court, a senior living community. The role supports residents’ well-being, dignity, and independence by assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, safety, and comfort. Resident Assistants also support residents with everyday tasks and dining, monitor their condition and the community for hazards, and report observations. The listed shifts are 2 PM–10 PM and 10 PM–6 AM.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and other associates.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Care for residents’ personal needs, safety, and comfort.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Aid with daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status.
Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and cleanup.
Perform other duties as assigned.
