Full-Time NOC Resident Assistant
About The Position
Red Cedar Canyon, a senior living facility, is hiring a full-time overnight Resident Assistant. The role supports residents with personal care, mobility, medication administration, and emotional well-being while helping create positive and meaningful daily interactions. The schedule is 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with two listed rotating weekly schedules. The position offers $19.19–$22.25 per hour based on experience, shift differentials, and a $1,000 overnight sign-on bonus for employees scheduled for 40 or more hours per pay period. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and applicants may be subject to a background check.
Requirements
- CBRF Certification is required.
- Ability to read, write, and carry out directions is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- One year of Resident Assistant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers.
- Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
- Foster residents’ emotional well-being through positive, meaningful interactions.
- Provide daily care and support that brings joy and smiles to residents.
