About The Position

As a Resident Assistant, you will be central to caring for residents with compassion and dedication, building meaningful relationships while assisting with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Have excellent communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Supports residents with daily living activities
- Helps maintain residents' personal environment
- Provides observation and documentation
- Assists with onboarding of new Associates
