About The Position

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable Resident Assistant to support residents in a senior living community. The role focuses on helping residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility while protecting their well-being, dignity, and independence. The position is at Rio Terra, a community offering senior living services. The schedule is a four-days-on, two-days-off rotation, with full-time, part-time, and PRN status listed.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and other associates.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents’ personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Help with daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observe residents and report changes in their condition or status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and cleanup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
