On-Call Resident Assistant
About The Position
Vista Prairie at Ridgeway in New Ulm is hiring an On-Call Resident Assistant to support residents in assisted living and memory care. This is an on-call position where hours vary and you'll pick up shifts as they become available across AM, PM, and NOC. There's a path to a full-time schedule as availability opens up. Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions accurately
Nice To Haves

- About one year of Resident Assistant experience
- Interest in growing into a full-time role over time
Responsibilities
- Help residents with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support residents with mobility and safe transfers
- Give medications as directed, following facility policy and state regulations
- Build positive, caring relationships with residents during every shift
- Help create a comfortable, dignified daily experience for each resident
