On-Call PM/NOC Resident Assistant

About The Position
The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with activities of daily living and helps maintain their personal environment. The role also includes observing and documenting resident information and assisting with onboarding new Associates. The position emphasizes compassionate care, social interaction, community connection, and meaningful relationships with residents.
Requirements
- Complete and maintain the assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
- Be at least 18 years old to operate lift equipment, as required by statute.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
