About The Position

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. This role is available in full-time and part-time schedules. Pay is $15.00 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential for 3 pm–11 pm and a $0.50 shift differential for 11 pm–7 am. The CNA rate is $16.00 per hour. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (required).

Nice To Haves

• One year of caregiving experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
• Assist residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, and using the telephone.
• Assist residents with dining and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
