About The Position

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant for Bristol Park At Amarillo. The role supports residents in independent living, assisted living, or memory care by assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility while prioritizing their well-being, dignity, and independence. The position is full-time; no shift is specified.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and other associates.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Care for residents’ personal needs, safety, and comfort.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Help with daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status.
Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and cleanup.
Perform other duties as assigned.
