About The Position

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant for Hawkins Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care. The role supports residents’ well-being, dignity, and independence by helping with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, safety, and comfort. The community offers assisted living and memory care services. This is a PRN position with a rotating overnight schedule: two nights working, followed by four nights off, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and other associates.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents’ personal needs, safety, and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Help with daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and cleanup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
