About The Position
Medication Technicians are a key part of the Juniper team, providing physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent in a senior living setting. This position is available full-time or part-time. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential for 3 pm–11 pm and a $0.50 shift differential for 11 pm–7 am.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Medication Tech Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, arranging transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
