About The Position

Cultivate a positive and engaging living environment that fosters a sense of belonging and enables students to build positive relationships with one another. Maintain a high level of visibility and availability, including attending Upward Bound events, regularly touring residence halls, and interacting with residents. Confronting and documenting student behavioral issues and concerns. Must be able to lift 20lbs, set up tables and chairs, etc. Assist in event set-up and clean up throughout the summer program.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 20lbs.
• Must be able to set up tables and chairs.
• Must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency.
