Resident Assistant (On-Call) (Good Neighbor Alliance, Sierra Vista)
About The Position
Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, Inc. (CCS) is seeking a Resident Assistant (On-Call) to join their team. This role involves preparing reports, completing participant intake and check-out processes, monitoring safety, and maintaining facility cleanliness. Additional responsibilities include managing supplies, overseeing meal schedules, and effectively interacting with donors and volunteers. The position may from time to time be stressful and require a high demand of performance. The organization has been serving the community for over 90 years, focusing on strengthening families, supporting communities, providing compassionate services, and delivering excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven strong communication skills - oral and written are clear, concise, and in an organized fashion using appropriate style, grammar, and tone
- Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver license, proof of insurance, and 39-month motor vehicle report
- Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- TB screening
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree in related field

- Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Prepares daily activity report
- Completes initial participant intake paperwork
- Conducts hourly rounds ensuring safety of participants, security of facility, and corresponding documentation
- Submits listing of items for procurement as needed
- Ensures sanitation of facility
- Sets up and monitors daily meals
- Completes check-out process with participants ensuring program equipment, tools, and check-out paperwork are returned
- May drive agency or personal vehicle on company business
