About The Position
Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join their team. Cardinal View Senior Living, which opened in the fall of 2021, is located in Middleton, WI. The community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 104-unit, apartment-style setting. The role involves providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. The position requires assisting residents with activities of daily living, engaging them in conversations, and assisting with medication administration.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old

- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
