About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is hiring a full-time Resident Aide to provide daily living assistance to residents in assisted living and memory care communities. The role includes medication supervision, feeding, bathing, helping residents use the restroom, verbal encouragement, and direct support. Caregivers may also assist with basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed. Other duties may be assigned. The position has 12-hour shifts, with day and night shifts available.

Requirements

No prior experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided.
Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
Available to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nursing assistant (CNA) will be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide residents with daily living assistance, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and help using the restroom.
Offer verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
