About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a full-time Resident Aide at Concord Reserve in Westlake, Ohio, for the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM night shift. The role provides routine, daily, quality care to residents and supports their well-being in accordance with individual assessments and care plans. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, responsive to residents’ needs, and committed to meaningful interactions and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service background and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine, daily, quality care.
• Provide individualized attention according to each resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Encourage residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Promote a positive, calm, and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork.
