About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is a not-for-profit organization providing everyday experiences for associates and residents in senior living communities. Guided by respect, innovation, spirituality, and excellence, the organization emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and a welcoming community. The Resident Aide supports residents with daily needs while helping maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment. The position is full-time at Twin Lakes in Montgomery, Ohio, with a scheduled shift from 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift change reports.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and the dining experience.
• Launder residents’ belongings.
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff.
