About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care are hiring a full-time Resident Aide to provide daily living assistance to residents in assisted living and memory care communities. Duties may include medication supervision, feeding, bathing, helping residents use the restroom, verbal encouragement, and direct support. The role may also involve basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed, as well as other assigned duties. No experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided. Candidates must be able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos, work various schedules and shifts as needed, and work weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nurse assistant (C.N.A.) is considered.

Responsibilities

Provide residents with daily living assistance, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and assistance using the restroom.
Provide verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
