Resident Aide (CNA/RA) - Full Time
About The Position
Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is hiring a full-time Resident Aide (CNA/RA). The role provides daily living assistance to residents in an assisted living and memory care community. Twelve-hour shifts are available on both days and nights. No prior experience is necessary, and a comprehensive training program is provided. The role may also involve medication supervision, verbal encouragement, direct support, basic housekeeping, and dining room duties as needed. Weekend work is required, and staff must be able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.

- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.

- No experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nursing assistant (CNA) is considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with daily living assistance, including help with medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and restroom use.
- Provide medication supervision, verbal encouragement, and direct support to residents.
- Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
