About The Position

Hallmark is hiring a part-time Reset Installation Supervisor to lead teams completing new department installations, remodels, and floor sets. The supervisor organizes project details, directs the team onsite, follows up with clients, and helps ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. The role combines team leadership with hands-on physical work in stores, including work on sales floors and in stockrooms. The schedule is variable at 10–20 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours Monday through Friday, with availability needed around major holidays, including possible weekends. The position pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience, and requires travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Comfortable using smartphone technology.
• Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within the territory.
• Availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday weeks.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable.
• Able to solve problems and lead by example.
• Comfortable working independently while supporting a team.
• Able to regularly lift 30–50 pounds and push, pull, kneel, squat, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute new department installations, remodels, and floor sets.
• Lead the team to complete installation projects on time and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Organize project details before installations, direct the team onsite, and follow up on installations with clients.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team across multiple projects.
• Provide clear direction and support to the team in person and remotely.
• Address store concerns and execution challenges.
• Build strong relationships with store management.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work.
• Manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Travel within the assigned territory.
