About The Position

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Reset Installation Supervisor in Albany, New York. This leadership role oversees installation projects while remaining hands-on with in-store work. The supervisor organizes project details, directs teams onsite, follows up with clients, and works to complete projects on time and within budget. The schedule is variable and averages 10–20 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours Monday through Friday. Availability during the week before and after major holidays is required and may include weekends. The role requires travel within the territory.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Comfortable using smartphone technology.
• Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within the territory.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holiday weeks.
• Able to regularly lift 30–50 pounds.
• Able to push, pull, kneel, squat, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Able to work on sales floors and in stockrooms.
• Strong communication and motivation skills.
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable.
• A problem-solver who leads by example.
• Comfortable working independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute new department installations, remodels, and floor sets.
• Lead the team to complete installation projects on time.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Organize project details, direct the team onsite, and follow up on installations with clients.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team across multiple projects.
• Provide clear direction and support to the team in person and remotely.
• Address store concerns and execution challenges.
• Build strong relationships with store management to deliver results.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work.
• Manage time effectively across multiple projects.
