About The Position

The Reset Crew Associate executes store resets, remodels, and merchandising updates across multiple locations. The role ensures store layouts, product placement, and signage align with company standards and vendor requirements. It involves extensive weekly travel and working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time position. Travel is required Monday through Friday for approximately 10 months of the year, with occasional weekend work possible based on project needs. The role includes physical work such as installing fixtures, stocking merchandise, and lifting items weighing up to 100 pounds. Position requirements may vary by store location, and Niemann Foods Management may change or add requirements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Ability to perform the physical demands described, including lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to perform work in the stated environmental conditions, including exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outdoor heat and cold, electrical-shock risk, and vibration.

Responsibilities

• Execute store resets, remodels, and layout changes according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Install shelving, fixtures, signage, and displays.
• Stock and organize merchandise to ensure proper placement and presentation.
• Remove outdated fixtures and products as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during projects.
• Travel to assigned locations weekly, Monday through Friday.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
