About The Position

Starwood Hotels is seeking an articulate, experienced Reservations Agent to help make trip planning fun and easy for guests. The Reservations Team provides fast, friendly assistance, anticipates guest needs, and offers on-the-spot solutions. The team also helps guests with arrival and departure needs, including airport transfers and luggage storage. The role is suited to someone who pays close attention to details and enjoys seeing plans come together.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of similar work experience.
• Experience in guest or customer service.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Hard-working, able to multitask, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to speak a secondary language.
