About The Position
The Reservations Agent works with and educates Christie Lodge owners on the benefits of their timeshare so they can receive the highest possible value for what they own. The role processes future reservations for Christie Lodge owners and rental guests in a friendly, efficient, informative, and professional manner, while providing professional, high-quality guest service.
Requirements
- Prior guest service experience.
- Friendly personality and good computer and phone skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work a 40-hour-per-week schedule.
- Fluency in English.
Nice To Haves
- Prior resort hotel guest service and/or reservations experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
