About The Position
Responsible for working with and educating Christie Lodge owners on the benefits of their timeshare so they receive the highest possible value for what they own. Processing future reservations for Christie Lodge owners and rental guests in a friendly, efficient, informative and professional manner. Provide professional and high-quality guest service.
Requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work a 40 hour per week schedule.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice To Haves
- 6 months or more of prior resort hotel Reservations experience is preferred.
- Equivalent guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment of a similar size preferred.
- Prior resort hotel guest service and/or reservations experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly personality.
- Good computer and phone skills.
