About The Position
The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Reservations Agents to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
