About The Position
Key Transportation is seeking a Reservationist to join their team. The role requires a strong knowledge of general office duties, including answering a multi-line phone, data entry, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels. Key Transportation is a subsidiary of Dolphin Transportation Specialists and is the largest independently owned, operated, and maintained fleet of luxury and commercial vehicles in the Southeast Florida region. They are the preferred and contracted transportation company for luxury resorts in the area, operating a full fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs, executive vans, mini and motor coaches. Their commitment to quality and coordination has made them experts in transportation service.
Requirements
- Reservations/Customer Service experience in the transportation business
- Knowledge of the area (Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High energy level and commitment to assigned tasks
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Solid computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to master new programs quickly
- Customer Service oriented with experience handling customer complaints and problems
- Must be open to work a flexible shift and any day of the week, as Key is open 24/7, 365 days/ year.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Take and enter Reservations into the computer system
- Maintain a close working relationship with the dispatch, sales and maintenance departments
