About The Position
Costco Travel is seeking reservation staff to assist Costco members with planning vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. The Reservation Agent provides a high level of member service and shares knowledge and skills as an active team member in the continuing growth of Costco Travel.
Responsibilities
- Handle member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Use airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.
- Confirm reservations accurately.
- Communicate members’ needs to other support departments.
- Operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery.
- Assist with department duties as necessary.
- Assist in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
