About The Position

The Single-cell Analytics Innovation Lab (SAIL) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) is dedicated to developing cutting-edge single-cell and spatial genomics experimental technologies. These technologies are used to explore questions in tumor heterogeneity, metastasis, and the tumor-immune environment. The lab utilizes techniques such as droplet microfluidics, spatial genomics, imaging, molecular biology, and high-throughput sequencing. They are seeking a diligent and dedicated wet-lab researcher interested in learning and developing new technologies for cancer research. The final title and position level will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain lab equipment, reagents, assays, and other essential supplies.
  • Test and develop new reagents and protocols of general interest for the lab.
  • Develop and run spatial genomics assays.
  • Record and analyze research data.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to the research team.
  • Participate in projects to collect large-scale single-cell datasets in collaboration with clinical trial teams.
