The Research Coordinator will support ongoing research projects and grant development for future research competitions. This role will include providing both administrative and research tasks, with coaching and mentorship provided. Ongoing research projects primarily relate to older adults’ care during transitions to and from facility-based care settings. Support is required primarily for data analysis, report writing, and grant application development for future research projects. The research projects are funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), the Killam Trust, and the Otipemisiwak Métis Government of the Métis Nation within Alberta (MNA). The incumbent will participate in project planning, team meetings, data synthesis, and interpretation of findings. If authorship requirements are met, the incumbent may be included as a co-author on relevant manuscripts arising from this work.
