Developing Equitable, Visionary, Evidence-based Programs for Lifelong Outcomes in Pediatrics (DEVELOP) is an innovative pilot project focused on equity- and person-centered neurodevelopmental care, aiming to shape the future of developmental pediatrics and rehabilitation for children and families. The projects within DEVELOP concentrate on practical clinical innovations with measurable impact and a clear implementation pathway within BCCH. Priority areas include improving functional and lifelong outcomes for children, advancing equity and access (especially for underserved families), enhancing system efficiency (triage, flow, navigation, wait times), and ensuring scalability and sustainability within BCCH and its related care pathways. The work will be conducted in-person at Sunnyhill, located within the BC Women’s and Children's Hospital in Vancouver. The Coordinator will support various activities for the overall program, which encompasses multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders.
