This position is funded by the Canada Summer Job Grant. The Research Assistant supports Goodwill’s mission by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate evidence-based insights that strengthen community partnerships, improve employment outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. This role contributes to research and evaluation projects by gathering public and internal data, engaging stakeholders through surveys and interviews, and helping measure program and community impact.
