This is a research assistant position focusing on language rights in Canada and Ontario. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Canada’s constitutional framework for official languages and relevant case law. Proficiency in legal research tools and the McGill Guide, and excellent legal writing skills in both French and English are essential. This position also involves work during the winter term, and applicants must also apply to the winter posting (no. JR38554).
