Requirements

• Schedule flexibility
• 1+ years of experience in a call center or similar B2B customer service role.
• Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to type 50 wpm.
• Able to learn other systems.
• High level of professionalism & strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and work with competing priorities.
• Must be highly motivated and work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school a plus!

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests received via email and phone.
• Accurately enter customer information into the system for dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering solutions to customer concerns.
• Adapt to new processes as necessary.
• Work with on-call service teams to dispatch technicians for emergency service requests.
