Requirements

Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult customers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with call center software, databases, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
