About The Position

This isn’t your average customer service role. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in protecting the customer experience and strengthening relationships with our clients. You’ll be resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Whether you're handling an issue or just scheduling a service, your work will make a real impact every day.

Requirements

  • Strong background in customer service and following-up on leads
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong listening skills
  • High level of attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • This is an in office position and requires sitting and working on a computer for several hours at a time
  • Someone who can work Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am untill 5pm, except Saturday's which will be 9am untill 2pm
  • Someone who genuinely cares about customer outcomes
  • A team player who contributes positively to the workplace culture
  • A professional who can balance efficiency with quality service

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow-up on internal leads
  • Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, and written documentation
  • Ability to properly explain and schedule services
  • Demonstrate understanding and professionalism in all customer interactions
  • Assist in resolving issues
