About The Position

Anakeesta is seeking Call Center Representatives to be the primary point of contact for guests. You will answer incoming calls and emails, provide information about the park, manage complaints, and troubleshoot customer service issues—all while projecting a professional and friendly company image.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Excellent data entry, typing, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest emails.
  • Provide service, event, and operational information to inquiring guests.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Research and identify solutions using available resources and software.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Document call details accurately following standard operating procedures.
  • Recognize and report trends in customer calls to management.
  • Follow up with guests when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Complete call logs and generate reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
