About The Position

The Replenishment Team Lead systematically moves merchandise from capstock and the backroom to sales-floor shelves. Working with Store Management and Zone Leads, this role prioritizes merchandise and departments for stocking based on customer demand. The Team Lead also ensures merchandise that cannot be stocked is properly binned and located in the backroom and capstock using the store locator system. The role may assist the Logistics and Yard Team as business needs require.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in an environment of fast change.
Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population of full-time and part-time Team Members.
Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implement solutions, multitask, and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail logistics or general warehouse/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
Plan and prioritize the team’s daily activities and assign tasks.
Ensure products are down-stocked based on sales priority.
Ensure excess product is properly located in capstock and backstock bins.
Fulfill generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
Ensure all merchandise is processed by the end of the shift.
Return warehouse carts and restore work areas to standards by the end of the shift.
Notify Team Leads or Management about out-of-stock or fast-selling merchandise.
Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate team performance.
Assist the Logistics and Yard Team as needed based on business needs.
Maintain a clean, organized receiving area.
