About The Position

The Replenishment Team Lead systematically moves merchandise from capstock and the backroom to sales-floor shelves. Working with Store Management and Zone Leads, this role prioritizes merchandise and departments for stocking based on customer demand. The Team Lead also ensures merchandise not stocked on shelves is properly binned and located in the backroom and capstock using the store locator system.

The role trains and supervises the Replenishment Team, plans and assigns daily work, and ensures merchandise processing and work-area recovery are completed by the end of each shift. It collaborates with the Logistics Manager on process improvements and team performance, maintains an organized receiving area, and assists Logistics and Yard teams as needed. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population of full-time and part-time Team Members.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implement solutions, multitask, and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail logistics or general warehouse/logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and prioritize the team's daily activities and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure products are down-stocked based on sales priority.
• Ensure extra product is properly located in a bin in capstock and backstock.
• Fulfill generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Ensure all merchandise is processed by the end of the shift.
• Return warehouse carts and restore work areas to standards by the end of the shift.
• Notify Team Leads or Management about out-of-stock or fast-selling merchandise.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate team performance.
• Assist the Logistics and Yard teams as needed based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area.
