About The Position

Rolfson Oil, LLC is a fuel supply and logistics company serving the oil and natural gas industry, as well as business and agriculture. The company operates in North Dakota, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado, and has expanded from one to seven U.S. basins over the past year.

The hands-on Rentals Field Manager performs administrative and lead tasks supporting the Odessa Rentals Department. This role oversees equipment and employee utilization, rental-facility technicians, equipment preparation and inspections, inventory coordination, and daily operational priorities. The manager helps maintain efficient operations and an organized yard and shop, and works with Management and HR regarding employee performance concerns.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• Oilfield or other industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective equipment and employee utilization.
• Prepare equipment, monitor loading and unloading activities, and address employee questions.
• Prioritize tasks and resolve operational issues.
• Meet deadlines to support smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Carry out rental priorities set by the supervisor.
• Manage technicians at the rental facility, schedule their tasks, and ensure efficient operations.
• Set objectives for technicians and monitor performance; work with Management and HR on discipline when objectives are not met or performance concerns arise.
• Work with the procurement team to order necessary parts and manage inventory levels.
• Collaborate with technicians to inspect equipment before green tagging it.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard and shop environment.
• Perform other assigned duties and projects.
