About The Position

Ocean Lakes Properties is seeking an energetic, organized, and guest-focused Rental Supervisor to help oversee daily rental office operations. The Rental Supervisor works alongside the Property Manager and Assistant Rental Manager to support the team and ensure guests and property owners receive exceptional service. This role suits someone who enjoys helping others, remains composed in a busy environment, is dependable and detail-oriented, and is willing to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise and support the rental office team and keep daily operations on track.
• Assist guests and property owners with questions, concerns, and service details.
• Help coordinate daily arrivals, housekeeping schedules, and rental operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve rental property needs efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments and outside service providers.
• Lead by example through friendly service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
