About The Position

The Rental Sales Agent works at an airport rental counter, renting vehicles and promoting products and services. The role includes processing rental contracts, listening to customer needs, and recommending products and services to improve customers’ travel experiences. Using a consultative approach to upselling, the agent provides professional, friendly service that builds trust and customer loyalty. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the job cannot be performed remotely.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
