About The Position

PlanOmatic is hiring a freelance photographer to photograph residential rental properties and capture 3D tours in Santa Rosa, California. Most assignments take 30–60 minutes on site. Photographers upload their work through the company app; PlanOmatic’s editing team handles post-production and delivery to clients. This flexible, part-time work may suit photographers looking to fill gaps in their schedules, and does not involve client-facing pressure. Compensation is typically $35–$75 per property.

Requirements

• Demonstrable photography experience.
• Submit a portfolio or sample work with the application.
• Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
• Ability to work independently and meet turnaround deadlines.
• DSLR or mirrorless camera.
• Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
• Off-camera flash with diffuser.
• Tripod.
• Apple or Android device with a memory card reader.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Photographer’s liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Real estate, architectural, or interior photography experience is strongly preferred.
