About The Position

The Rental Operations Manager owns the day-to-day execution of rental operations across the company’s footprint, with a focus on North Carolina locations. The role ensures the fleet is available, rent-ready, and positioned appropriately, and that rental operations are run consistently at every branch. The role also implements procedures, audits branch operations, supports accurate billing, resolves escalated issues, and serves as the lead user and trainer for the Integrated Rental system. The manager tracks and reports KPIs and coaches rental coordinators and counter staff across the region.
