About The Position

SitePro Rentals is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Rental Inspector to help keep rental equipment safe, reliable, and ready to work. The role inspects equipment before delivery and after return, documents its condition, identifies damage or maintenance needs, and coordinates repairs. It also supports equipment tracking, inventory accuracy, and minor maintenance while following established safety standards. The inspector works with teammates and customers, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of completing work properly. The position requires working indoors or outdoors in varying conditions, travel as needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in equipment inspection, maintenance, or rentals.
• Working knowledge of construction or industrial equipment.
• Understanding of equipment safety practices and regulations.
• OSHA 10/30 training and relevant equipment certifications.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions, travel as needed, lift up to 50 pounds, and meet the physical demands of the role.
