RECO EQUIPMENT INC. is a full line distributor supplying heavy and compact equipment - new, used, and rental. The Rental Coordinator Supervisor will be responsible for the management and oversight of the RECO Rental Coordinators, including training new and existing staff. This role involves managing national account rentals, cold calling potential and existing customers, and acquiring new rental customers across RECO's designated territories. The supervisor will also prepare rental contracts, ensure proper documentation and insurance coverage, close rental deals, generate and check rental-related invoices, and negotiate equipment rental rates. Additionally, they will coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns, prepare shipping/receiving documents, create purchase orders, and be responsible for the profitability and growth of the Rental Department. The role requires communicating pertinent information to RSM/TSM's, answering customer calls promptly, following up on invoice payments, gathering equipment information, logging rental activity daily, and filing UCCs on rental orders exceeding 30 days.
