About The Position

OnSite Rentals is a growing tool, equipment, and van rental company committed to putting the right equipment in the hands of the people who build, fix, and create — and to building the kind of team that makes that possible every single day. We are a people-first organization, and that means the experience we deliver to our customers starts with the experience we create for our team. As the Rental Centre Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the location. You are accountable for its customer experience, team performance, fleet utilization, safety culture, and financial success. Through strong leadership and relationship-building, you will develop a high-performing team, earn the trust of customers, and drive sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact. Whether you're supporting a customer, coaching a Rental Specialist, analyzing business metrics, or ensuring the safe operation of the centre, you'll play a critical role in the success of the business. If you're ready to lead a team and grow a business, and are energized by leadership and achieving results, then you’ll thrive in this role.
