About The Position

The Rental Car Associate manages and coordinates the leasing of rental cars to customers. The role includes handling reservations and rental paperwork, overseeing rental vehicle readiness, managing service and body shop rentals, collecting customer credit when notified by accounts receivable, and maintaining an inventory of rental vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental forms are presented correctly and bills are finalized.
• Make customer reservations.
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and fueling of the rental fleet, including shop rentals.
• Handle ESP, service rentals, and body shop rentals.
• Collect credit extended to rental customers when notified by accounts receivable.
• Maintain inventory control of rental vehicles.
