About The Position

The Product Specialist delivers comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes and provides customer-oriented support. The role uses a consultative sales approach to match customers with suitable vehicles, creates a positive vehicle delivery experience, and supports customers throughout vehicle ownership. Success is measured by achieving targeted unit sales and gross profit, as well as targeted Customer Satisfaction Index results. The position offers potential career growth into roles such as Sales Manager, Financial Services Manager, or Service Advisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record that can be maintained.

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
