About The Position

DeLeers Construction is expanding its Eagle River, WI team and is seeking a Renovations Team Lead. This hands-on role involves motivating, supervising, and mentoring the entire renovations & maintenance team. The Team Lead is responsible for organization, delegation, management, and performance monitoring, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, duties are accomplished, workload is evenly distributed, and motivation and performance levels are maintained. Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for generating new sales and expanding the existing customer base. This includes prospecting, scheduling client meetings, building project estimates, requesting pricing from subcontractors/suppliers, selecting products/methods for projects, closing deals, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining long-term client and employee relationships.

Requirements

  • Superior problem solving and organizational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Professional communication skills to talk with field associates, trade partners, and owners
  • 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and exterior building concepts
  • Valid drivers license and meet DeLeers Safe Driver standards

  • Effective sales skills with the ability to educate clients and close the sale
