About The Position

The Renewals Specialist supports customers through the support-renewal process, works to understand their needs, and provides recommendations as appropriate. The role collaborates with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver a strong customer experience, support account growth, and drive retention. It creates and presents renewal quotes, communicates upcoming contract expirations, coordinates among customers, partners, and distributors, and works with the renewals team to manage the pipeline and weekly forecast. The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and work is conducted remotely.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
General understanding of and experience working in the IT industry.
General understanding of and experience managing SaaS contracts.
Results-driven, self-motivated performer.
Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing customer retention.
Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Personal initiative to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Managers to create a strong customer support experience.
Create and present renewal quotes to customers and notify customers of upcoming contract expiration.
Act as the liaison between customers, partners, and distributors.
Build strong relationships with internal team members, partners, and customers.
Work with internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive customer retention.
Collaborate with the renewals team to manage the renewals pipeline and weekly forecast.
Present quotes and renewals calendars to customers.
